Manchester School of Architecture | 2019
Thread was the name of a proto-practice/company that formed the basis of a group project performed as part of the professional studies module at MSA. The brief was to design a company from the ground up and develop a business proposal that would exist within the field of architecture. As a group we decided to go down the route of a process management platform which brought structure to the construction process. The aim was to give both clients and designers more security and a clearer understanding of the construction process with the ambition of removing any haziness around what work needs to be produced for the agreed price. This was inspired by issues present in the field of professional Architecture today. I was part of the marketing branch of the company with a focus on branding and marketing video production.
